Happy Little Christmas !

I can completly understand if all of you are looking at this with a big HUH?! on your faces but I´ve pulled this description from Wikipedia:

Little Christmas (Finnish: Pikku Joulu) is celebrated in Finland and the Åland Islands, and occurs every year the Saturday before Advent Sunday. Little Christmas, just as the name suggests, a foretaste of Christmas. Little Christmas tree is about 1 meter high and decorate just like the real Christmas tree. The youngest children receive small gifts that Santa's elves left in the little Christmas tree. Santa's elves can also leave small gifts at the front door. These gifts are often very simple. Later in December changed little Christmas tree in the usual Christmas tree. In schools sing carols and eat gingerbread.

Nowadays it is increasingly rare for small Christmas is celebrated as thoroughly in the family circle, but for the older youth means little in July public event or restaurant visits, while adults often have firmajulfester about Advent. Little Christmas, however, no legal holiday in Finland, but on a weekday.
