Evening!


The weekend was really busy  :)  On Saturday, besides going to the graveyard in Korsnäs, me and mami were at the supermarket and super-cleaning the floors. Huh it was a lot of work!

I finished Saturday evening with watching Strictly Come Dancing. My fave Nico and Karen danced rumba to the beautiful I Don´t Wanna Miss A Thing. Since Rumba is the Dance of Love, I had secretly hoped for a Westlife song (and I also tweeted Karen about this) but nope, they wanted Aerosmith instead.

Anyways, they were amazing as always, Nico looked very handsome in his baby blue-outfit (but then again, isn´t his always looking handsome!) and I really liked their routine.

But of course that effin Craig comes and trashes him  =(  Why doesn´t he like Nico, whyyy?

Luckily, Nico & Karen were voted through to next week, being the 2nd last couple to do so. Coming Saturday they´ll be dancing the foxtrot. Colin was sadly the one who had to leave this week, so sad!


So, Susanna came to visit on Thursday night. She had a long patience, hehe, she came a bit after 6pm and went home around 9.40pm so... Yeah. Or maybe she stayed that long because her boyfriend was busy elsewhere before that time, as he was the one to pick her up. I don´t know... Anyways.

She also seemed to get a bit irritated that I´ve bought a ticket for Breaking Dawn Pt 2 already. She was like, I would´ve come along but you´ve already bought a ticket so... and she said that with real annoyment in her voice *whatever* but I just told her that she surely could buy a ticket herself and come on the same midnight premiere event. And then she was like, 'I don´t know, we´ll see, I don´t know my working schedule'  x)

Why get annoyed then? Well, she probably got annoyed because I bought a ticket on my own first, without getting one for her or her coming along. Because in the past, she´s been the one buying the ticket first and basically shutting me out or whatever. Even after this, I´m not sure we´ll go to watch it together, she can go with her boyfriend as he was 'intrigued to watch it after seeing the trailer'... So yeah, okay.

I´m also guessing she doesn´t like that I have another, closer friend in Ammi. Because YES, I admit, me and Ammi are a lot closer friends than what me and Susanna are. That´s not my fault, Susanna is the one who´s become so "busy" and "grown up" since she got a stady job and a boyfriend so... Whatever, I´m done waiting around for her, I´ve done that already for way too many years.

Hi peeps!


I figured I would tell you about my trip to Stockholm now  :)  It won´t be a long story, I think (time will tell) but don´t worry, I won´t leave anythiing out!


Thursday 18 October. I took my blackie car and drove down to Turku. Urgh I hate that road, it´s all forrest and plain. Urgh! Around 6pm I came to the harbour in Turku. I parked at the area that had surveillance. The parking fee was also ridicolously expensive: 22 €! Mad!

I went to the terminal and got in line to check-in. It went rather quickly and then I went to the area where you get onboard the ferry. Since I was there earlier than usual, it wasn´t a lot of people there, which meant I even got to sit down! Oh the luxury!

The ferry would leave at 8.15pm but about 30 minutes before, they called out that we would be delayed due to... well, I didn´t properly hear them because of the noise but I think he said technical problems. Eventually, though, we got to start walking onboard. The thing I find extremely annoying when it comes to this particular situation, is that everyone is rushing to the front, to be first. Why do that, it only causes irritation for the rest of us! Ah well...

Once I had come on the ferry, I went to find my cabin. I relaxed for a while, opened my luggage to pick out stuff I needed and I watched some TV. Then, once the crew of the ship started talking about the programme for the evening via the speakers, I heard that Scandinavian Hunks would have a show later on in the bar area + they were also selling their very own sparkling wine in the Tax-free shop.

The show they put on was great! Unfortunatly I didn´t see much, as the bar was beyond full with screaming women! I got my Irish Coffee and once the show started I found myself a good spot. Like I said, I didn´t see perfectly but it was good. If I didn´t see anything, I could look up at the ceiling, which were made of glass and therefor had some sort of mirror-effect.

I tried to take some photos but they turned out like crap so there´s no point to upload them here. However, I did upload them on Facebook so go look for them there! ;-)


Friday 19 October. At the same time as I booked the ferry tickets, I also booked a hotel breakfast at a hotel nearby the Silja terminal. The breakfast is great and since the shops in Stockholm don´t open until 1
0am and the ferry arrive in Stockholm at 6am, why go into town when all you can do is either sit at Centralen for several hours or walking around the city centre that´s practically dead. I´ve done that twice and it sucks! So, I always book the hotel breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel til around 9.30am or so, when I decided it was time to go into town. Angeliqa would come to Stockholm around 12 and I would meet her at Centralen (the train station in Stockholm City, for those of you who don´t know). However, when I came down to the underground in Gärdet, from where I would go to the city centre, my luggage flew open all of the sudden! I don´t know why really. Luckily, nothing fell out but still, it was annoying. I closed it again and nothing more happened... Until I came into town and I walked from the underground station to the train station. I was walking over a pedestrian crossing and boom! - the bloody thing flies open again! This time, of course, some clothing items falls out and like that isn´t enough, a bus comes at the same time and absolutly wanted to run me over. So to say I was stressed, is a real understatement. So I hurried to get it collected and then I walked to Centralen and I didn´t move an inch before Angeliqa came. My mood was in the bottom but once I could concentrate on other things (e.g. I had a book with me, PS I Love You, which I read cover to cover) my mood got better.

Finally Angeliqa joined me and we went to lock our luggage in. After that we walked around the city centre and we also took a longer walk into the Old Town (love that place) and passed the Royal Castle and passed through Kungsträdgården.

After that long walk, we felt it was time to get coffee at our favourite spot, American Cookies. According to tradition, we took brownie w/ soft ice cream *yummy* After that, we went to find a shop that specializes on American candy & food. We spent a long time in there, hihi. I bought some items in the end, even if I didn´t mean to at first.  ;)

We then met up with Jojje and we walked around a bit more as we eventually decided to go see a movie, Ted. It was hilarious!

After the movie, we went to pick our luggage up and then we took the underground to Jojje´s apartment.


Saturday 20 October. We went back to Stockholm and went to a Chinese restaurant to eat buffet. It was indeed delicious. Later on, we went shopping and eventually I went back to Gärdet to the Silja terminal.


Sunday 21 October. I was so tired waking up and it continued when I drove up home. I had to stop twice to rest, otherwise I might have fallen asleep by the wheel... The first time I stopped was to buy take-away coffee.

This is one of the very few photos I took in Stockholm  ;)  A huge ghost where hanging on the main street Drottninggatan. It suits very well that I'm showing you this, with Halloween approaching and everything!

Last night it was once again time for Strictly Come Dancing and the theme was of course Halloween. Everyone´s favourite Nico was a Mad Scientist (he looked so cute in his dorky glasses!) and the dance that he & Karen (who also looked gorgeous in her red dress!) danced was tango. The song: Weird Science.

I´m so proud of Glitterballs  ;-)  I also love the training-bit *hihi* I´m pretty sure I recognize the spot where they went to Nico´s "house".

There´s no question that Nico is my fave in the competition and I cheer my arse off for him every Saturday & Friday, but I must say that Louis & Flavia´s tango was phenomenal + Louis was creepy as hell as a zombie! See for yourselves! Insanely good! I wouldnot be surprised if Louis is one of the finalists! Remember where you heard it first.

Heya! 

Here´s a late night entry from me  :)  Is there any other kind? *LOL*

The rain has been pouring down for over two days now, maybe three even. It´s been raining contantly, more or less. Yesterday we went to one of the places here in Töjby where we have crop fields... It didn´t look like fields, it looked more like a lake - with a road in the middle of course. I´ll show photos below.

So, like I wrote in my last entry, Nico & Karen dances a slow waltz on Friday night in Strictly Come Dancing and they did amazing, if you ask me! And I´m not saying that only because I´m a huge fan of Nico, they were actually good! Nico looked drop dead gorgeous (doesn´t he always?). They deserved more than 17 points.

Nico & Karen did fabolously well in their waltz! They only got 17 points *buuuh* and are now in the bottom two together with Victoria Pendleton but there are more couples dancing tomorrow, so who knows!

I personally thought they did amazing. Craig, one of the four judges and a real d-bag, gave them only 2 points, mainly because there was a lift included in the choreography and apparently  those are against the rules. He completely lashed out on Karen :(

Next week Nico & Karen will do a Latino, cha-cha I believe!

I also loved the pre-thing with Nico, sooo sweet! :D

Evening lovelies!

Hope you´re all doing all right. I´m good, been watching Criminal Minds and at the moments the News. I love that show, it´s so awesome! Once this evening´s episode is over, I´ll watch the brand new episode of Hart of Dixie, premiere for season 2. I´m so excited!

Look what I´ve won through a guessing game on Facebook at a site called Westlife Games. I wanted a ShNicky photo and I got it *LOL* Gotta love the photo in the middle! ;-)

There´s one week left until another favourite TV show of mine returns for the 4th season. Which show am I talking about?  ;-)



The Vampire Diaries, of course. I can´t wait for it to start again, next week will go in slow motion.

Maybe it´s a good think that we have lots with exams next week *sigh* and then, the week after is Autumn holidays! I have plans to go to Sweden. If I go alone, I´ll only hang in Stockholm and if mami & broidi come along as well, we´ll go to Degerfors and visit relatives.

Like I told you some days ago, it was #100DaysSinceÉire and of course we had to celebrate it. First of all, Ammi came here to my flat, we chatted away, I showed her my new attributes to my, hmm, tribute to Ireland and we watched Glee. We then went to a friend of Ammi´s, who made a delicious cocktail for us, tasted like apple *yum-a-licious* He was supposed to give us a ride into town, but since he also made a drink for himself, that didn´t quite work out  ;-)  But no worries, we took a taxi instead.

When coming into town, we went to O´Malleys, which of course is the Irish pub in Vaasa. Me and Ammi ordered *of course* a pint with Guinness. When my pint started to be close to empty, I thought about ordering an Irish Coffee *yum-a-licious* but in the end I didn´t. Next time, maybe!  :D

This coming Friday and Saturday, Strictly Come Dancing come back after the three weeks-break. It will also be time for the first elimination. I will be watching for sure and keeping my fingers crossed for my Darlin´ Dubs *lol*

Tonight I´ve had a, hmm, cake party with auntie B & co, cousins P and F with their partners + all our favourite toddler W. Seriously, that girl is so precious!

I had two cakes for tasting. The first one was a French Chocolate Cake - delicious! The other one was a cake that Ammi got for me, that one was also delicious! Thanks love!


Today, when Ammi came to my flat in Vaasa to deliver the cake, she mentioned a video clip she´d found on YouTube. Someone had filmed only ShNicky during Sex on Fire (the medley) and later tonight she´d posted it on my Facebook wall.

Last Tuesday it was time for the season finale of Allsång på Skansen. It was kickass awesome, I so regret not being there!

Lovely Sarah Dawn Finer was there and sang a beautiful song, Nu Vet Du hur det Känns. Now, I don´t know what the atmosphere was like at Skansen durin this performance, but I wonder if it was as magical as the season finale of 2010 was, when Sarah sang the übergorgeous Kärleksvisan (and that time I was actually at Skansen live *yay*). Talk about goosebumps!

There were also a lot of surprises at the season finale of 2012 and the biggest was probably the one that took place during the second last song, Ta Mig till Havet.

Like I already said, I was so annoyed and sad that I couldn´t be at Skansen on this awesome night, and that feeling reached its peak during the finale performane, which already by the intro I could tell what song it was: Let Me Entertain You (made famous by Robbie Williams).

OOOOH you cannot believe how happy I was at that moment, or what a great smile I had on my face! I got a specific picture/moment in my head. Do you know what I´m talking about? THIS!

So, Saturday night was as usual Önska @ Radio X3M time :) I had a msn date with Ammi, where we besides chatting away about normal stuff (well, stuff we think are normal) we tried to figure out which songs we´d wish. The host that normally host the show, Jukka Isojoki, was back from his Summer vacation *wohoo* 

I don´t know if I´ve told you this, but before our Ireland trip, I wished a WL song for me, Ammi and Angie and explained that we´d be going to Ireland to attend the Croke Park concert and do you know what Jukka said? *so hilarious* "That´s tough, that´s tough! I like WL, I would gladly like to attend the concert in the "park" as well..." *hihi* Yeah, I know, he thought Croke Park was an actual park ;-)

So, me and Ammi decided that I´d wish a WL song and at the same time ask Jukka if he remembered calling us tough for going to Ireland for the concert, that it was kickass awesome and as a bonus *hihi* I asked if Jukka remembered which of the Lifers lads he´d been at O'Malley´s (Yes, it´s the Irish pub in Vaasa) with. And then we got a fab story :D He did in deed remember who and he´d also been to a footie game with the same lad and to other places, he gave us a whole story :D

Oh, and for those who have no idea what I´m talking about *LOL* Kian was the lucky Lifer who got to visit Vaasa (at several occasions, if I´ve understood it correctly) during his short relationship with Jessica Forsman (she was one of the dancers during the Where Dreans Come True tour). Jukka was mates with Jessica´s brother (as I understood it). And yes, Jessica was FINNISH, not Swedish as some might think. She´s even Finno-Swedish *wohoo*!

Lucky Jukka who got to spend time with Kian. I´m jelous! :D

I remember so well when Jukka told this story the first time in the radio. I was sitting at the dorm in Kauhajoki (so this was late 2003) and he started telling a story about when he´d been at the Irish pub in Vaasa and all of a sudden he´d heard someone talking English (with an Irish accent), so Jukka had looked over and seen this blond lad and he looked familiar... [I was really stretching my ears at this moment to get every word] ...and Jukka said he soon recognized the lad as Kian from Westlife! [OMG! I died! Remember, I was 16 at the time... and... well, you know ;-) I was 16!]

Now, I don´t really remember if I knew about Kian & Jessica at this point... *hmm* I probably did, because by this time, when Jukka told this story, it was 2003 (if not even 2004). So Kian & Jessica were over and Kian was with Jodi. I just didn´t think that a superstar like Kian would´ve visited a little town like Vaasa. I mean, the possibility would be as great as... Nico would walk in on the supermarket here in Töjby. Oh no. It would not happen (but if it did... ^_^). 

So, there you got a little extra treat, hihi.

Also, Ammi told us that she´d been at her cousin´s Summer house, and the cousin appearently lived in the same building as Jessica´s parents... So the cousin had met Kian! Like, OMG! 

Ammi had also been in that same house, thinking "Kian has walked in these stairs" :P

Now I will go to bed, I have a head ache that´s nearly killing me.

Happy Saturday!

OMG peeps! 

I´m still so shocked! Let me explain... I´m listening to a radio show, on the Finno-Swedish channel Radio X3M. The show is of a 'You wish the song, we play the song'-basic and right at the beginning I wished for The Wanted´s Lightning, that I already have told you I´m in awe over. I love it, it´s amazing! However, you need to understand that this particular radio channel see playing boyband-songs as ... well, tabu. And I´m more than well aware of this. But still, I wished for Lightning and... The radio host, My, played it! I was so so so shocked! I mean... Well, I can´t even explain it! Nevertheless, I was over the moon that she played it. 

The next song I wished for was a little tune called Flying Without Wings and I also dedicated it to Ammi, as we´ve been friends for five years and the exact date is somewhere in the very beginning of August. 

We met through a mutual friend, Anna, back in 2007. 

I had a movie clip from a concert with Måns that Ammi wanted to have, so it was because of that. We were online friends for a year, before we met in real life on August 8 2008 (or 080808). We´ve had a lot of fun since then! Diggiloo concert * 2, Éire-evening with Leap Year and Croke Park*08, roadtrip to Kokkola and not but most definatly not least, the 'Lifers concert at Croke Park and everything else we experienced in Ireland.
Ammi is indeed one of my very best friends and I´m so thankful to have her!

I´ll close up at work in a moment, the customers aren´t rushing for ice cream. The weather, especially earlier today, has been shite. It was a huge thunder storm going on in the midday so Agnes closed the stand for a while. I´ve been here since 5pm.

When I get back to the Summer house, I´ll watch a movie called Like Crazy.

Hi peeps!


Like I predicted in previous post, it´s a sloooow day today at work. I´ve had, like, two customers. But the weather is shite so I couldn´t expect anything else.

After work, I will rush home and take a quick shower - much needed! I had planned to go out swimming but in this weather... I don´t know! If I would go out swimming at the Summer house, I´d need to warm up the sauna and that takes a few hours to get it warm. We´ll see what I do.

So, I got this fantastic idea that they should do a re-make of this medley but with only songs that are performed by Westlife and written by Swedes. Would be so.kickass.awesome!

Hiya peeps!

I´m blogging from work - once again. I opened today so my workday ends at 5pm when Agnes takes over. Then I will rush home after the battery for my D-SLR (didn´t bother to look in the camera before I went out to the Summer house *sigh*) and then rush out to the Summer house again, as Tara and Luna are out there at the moment. 

Yes, I brought them with me last night. Uff the car ride was no fun at all but as soon as we got out to the Summer house and they got out of that horrible cat carrier, it immediatly got much better :) Of course it helped that I´ve brought lots of delicacies *hihi*

You might´ve noticed my recent, hmm, obsession with The Wanted? ;-) I can´t help it, they´re so kickass awesome! They had a song featured on the soundtrack for Ice Age 4 and the music video is so ... awesome! *hihi* Check it out below!

Also, you might´ve heard about the latest Rob & Kristen-news? Appearently Kristen has had a fling on the side with her co-star from the Snow white & the huntsman-movie, Rupert what´s-his-name. Well, some of the fans has some pretty strong reactions to it. This girl, peeps... She´s pretty... Well, take a look at the clip >> here <<
