Hey peeps!
I haven´t written here for ages, my apologies.
I simply haven´t had the time. Must be the Christmas rush, y´know!
Or then I haven´t had blogging on my mind.
Christmas Eve is in a couple of days, can you believe that!
I´m also freaking out a bit, as I don´t have any Christmas presents bought for the family (=mam & brother) but I will hopefully be able to do that on Wednesday. That´s basically the only day I can do it on, as tomorrow I have an appoitment at the employment office (wonder how that will go) and on Thursday the weather forecast has promised -28*C
*OMG*
Thankfully, the Christmas gifts + one Birthday gift for my friends abroad are sent and hopefully they will reach you by Friday. I´m crossing my fingers!
Like I said, the gifts left to find are for the 2 most difficult people. Seriously, you have no idea how hard it is to find gifts for my mam and brother. It´s madness! I have thought about some gifts so we´ll see what happens...
On Sunday, men and mam went to the S:t Maria church in Närpes to attend the annual (and very nice tradition) The Most Beautiful Christmas Songs. The title of the event tells what it´s all about: singing Christmas songs. It was really nice. A choir was there, they sang some songs + a group of students from the upper secondary school´s Music Line performed a few songs, eg. did they perform with Silent Night in three languages: Swedish, English and Portoguese. Another song they performed was It´s Only Christmas by *tadaa* Ronan Keating. Put a smile on my face, that´s for sure! :) It was a really good song too. The lyrics were a bit sad but oh how great!
Listen to the song on Spotify here
^^ Told ya it was gorgeous!
I will wrap up this entry now, however I will try to write a few more entries this week.
Who knows, maybe I´ll show you the Christmas decorations in the house.
Hope you are well my darlings!
Take care!
