Stockholm 25.-28.7.2011 ●• Day 4

We´ve come to the last day in Stockholm *sob*

Since it was the last day, we took all our luggage from Eckerö into the city. We locked it in at the same place as we did on Monday.

Our first stop was the Music & Theathre museum, that was very cool. Unfortunatly the battery in my camera died when we were there, so I didn´t get more photos than the ones you could see here. *buhuu*

Next up, we went to the Kaknästower. It´s a, hmm, 31meter high tower so you could see all over Stockholm. We also took the opportunity to have coffee with pasteries in the tower´s cafe. I took a chocolate cake that had mini Marshmallows on top and a choco-bun that was so delicious!

After Kaknästower we went to the Royal Castle. It was pretty impressive! Lots of rooms and lots of different kinds of arts. We didn´t have time to see exactly everything since it was getting quite late and I had a ferry to catch. So we went into the city centre and had Chinese at Kungshallen. I had fried scampi - delicious!

After that, we went to the Grand Station so that Angeliqa could buy her train ticket, hurried to get our luggage and went to the subway. It was 30minutes until Angeliqa´s train would leave from the Grand Station, so she couldn´t come with me to the Silja Terminal, she didn´t want to risk it. No problem, I managed on my own.

When I got to the terminal, I was dead. Literally. Because it was hot and I had flue symptoms approaching and the luggage wasn´t exactly helping. It was boiling hot in the terminal as well, so by the time we finally got to start walking on board, I was so irritated. It didn´t help that I had  to walk all over the ferry to get to my cabin.

When I got to the cabin, I was dead! So I passed out on the bed for a while. I was exhaused! I didn´t do much on the trip to Turku either, I watched TV and went to the TaxFree shop. On Friday morning I had breakfast in the buffet, as I had pre-booked it, which was nice. I was there before it opened so I got my food rather quickly. The salon started filling up rather quickly. When I was done with breakfast, I went back to my cabin and packed the last stuff and went to deck 5, where the boarding would happen. It took a while before we could walk off.

When I´d got of the boat, I went to wait for the bus. It took about an hour and then a looong drive back to Närpes awaited. I did sleep from time to time, which was nice. I also got really annoyed at this Finno-kid sitting behind me, he couldn´t stop talking. His mother also (I assume it was his mother, I didn´t care enough to look) also talked in the phone a few times - loudly!

You all know I had an awesome time in my lovely Stockholm. Skansen and Globen have to be my 2 faves - I don´t need to explain it, do I? *hihi*
