Entry from old blog
Translated with Google Translate so possible mistakes - not my fault! *hihi*

Hi folks! =)

Now have I warmed up my fingers so I can start writing about last weekend. The title says everything, hehe, no, maybe not! As some of you know, me and my companion Suz to Stockholm for the weekend. We traveled with MatkaPojat and we would get spend the whole Saturday in Sweden's beautiful capital city. Stockholm, that is! ;-) On the return trip (the highlight for us!) We would see E.M.D. who would play on the boat, Silja Galaxy.

Anyway, I start well from the beginning! =)

* March 20 *
On Friday night I went down to the terminal, an hour earlier than I would have had to but it did nothing. The night before, I had taken the bus to the harbor to see where I would go. Was a bit unsure about it is, but in the end, it was a good thing! Mom oc aunt came home then too, they had taken a cruise with the Swedish dance band bosses Thorleifs. Mom said it was like being in a tin of herrings when they played. It was a picture of how it could be for us ...
Around 7:30 came Suz (she came by bus from Närpiö) and we went up to the terminal, waiting for being let into the boat, took a long long time ... Actually, we did nothing special on the boat ... We bought candy in duty-free, checked in the perfume shop and ate burgers. Later that evening we went to the bar and took the opposite drink (San Francisco to Suz, White Russian for me) and checked the situation only. We sat there for a long while anyway, the boat managed to stay in Mariehamn and go from there. Finally we went back to the cabin to sleep. We had a great day to look forward to!

* March 21 *
On Saturday morning there was an early wake-up. When we arrived by boat we went out to the bus. The driver told us a little bit each day and then we went into the center so we could see where the bus would drop off / pick us up. It was the same place as always, Malmskillnadsgatan, on the bridge above the Sergelstorg. Then we drove out to a hotel in King's curve where we had breakfast. MatkaPojat has always arranged so that you eat at the hotel, so good. Good breakfast, they have too! =)
There we were a long time o late when all was ready we went into town again, I thought we would get a small tour but it was not the * sin * A minus point to the bus driver there!

Once we came back in the center with the bus parked where the sku stand and we got all the info we needed (when bus driver would be at the bus in case you wanted to leave some stuff and when we would be in place to return to port) it was just for us to start walking away. =) Since no shops had opened yet, we walked to the castle through the old town to waste time and so Suz would see how it looked. We acted real tourists, in other words! Suz was quite impressed by the royal palace for ;-) let's face it, the presidential palace in Helsinki is nothing in comparison!

Then we went back to the center. Susan was worried that we would not make it but I said it might well do, for we had about 8 hours at us but at least she kept an eye on the clock and reminded regularly how many hours we had left to spend! : O) We went in traditional stores: John Lewis, H & M, Gina Tricot, Cubus, Academic Bookstore, etc.. Suz was really most interested in checking out the clothes, so on that front, I followed just after her. We also went through the Haymarket, where they sold strawberries! *yum* We also went to the cozy Hötorgshallen where we saw a Finnish positions, hehe .. Kind of fun. That said, I think the hall is nice but Suz did not seem too impressed ... But she was most interested in clothing stores which is understandable! In the end I spent more money, I believe, but it usually always is the case between us two! I bought no clothes, though books including last book of the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn and CDs + a bottle MER with gooseberry taste! (It will take you to the store, mom!) Suz bought clothes and EMDS "deluxe" plate. Thus, the same as the one they released last summer, but with three bonus tracks, among other things, Baby Goodbye. I already have the plate from the past, so I bought it. Can be strange - to be me!

Eventually, we wanted coffee, so we went to the mall, where they have a position (you can call it that?) With American muffins ... I took the brownie with ice cream *yum*  because I remember how yummy it was the last time! We walked a lot again, went to a lot of business and when it was getting time to eat, we found a Chinese restaurant, which had four small dishes + fried bananas with ice cream (for free) for a mere 99,- ! It was yummy but the people who worked there seemed a bit whimsical! So they got no tip. *hmpf *
When we were done there was at around 3:30 and then we have 2 ½ hours on us. The bus would go off to the port at 18. We went into a turn on the Academic Bookstore again, I traded books back, they had special with Take 4 Pay 3 and I also bought the Express. After that we went back to H & M, Gina Tricot, so Suz had Buying something she thought about. The feet were sick as hell, and we decided that we would go to the bus. We still had a little time to waste, so we went into the mall again. Suz was looking for something to buy for sister Milla but there was nothing that appealed. Finally, we went to bake to Malmskillnadsgatan and waiting for the bus.

After a while, the bus came and we step on. It was really nice to sit down and rest even poor PETTITOES! Once all passengers have risen on the bus, we headed to the Silja terminal again. By then I was really hyped! I sat on the edge with butterflies in my stomach! *One can only wonder why, do you think!* But the terminal was almost chaos, lots of buses and taxi cars that would get passengers who came from the boat. Therefore we had to sit in the bus for a long while before we got get off and take our bags. When we finally got to get off the bus and take our bags, it was just me and Suz to rush off to the terminal, as I said, sitting on the needles with butterflies in my stomach! It was sick a lot people and hence crowded as hell, we must also be long and hard, something that really was not kind to our already tired legs and feet. Sometimes it was the crowd in itself, but it took just as quickly stops.

After a long while, we were spared through the control and did not have to go to board the boat. It was quickly in with the bags and look up each night's gig would take place. It took a while before we found it, but we did it anyway in the end!  I'm not 100% sure but I think that 1 / 3 of the guys were there when we crept past. Fun fun! After almost ran us back to the cabin to make us ready for the evening! Suz took a quickie shower and I changed his clothes. When we were done there, we went through TaxFree, back to the cabin with what we bought and then off to Monday Bar where all the fun would happen! It was not as much people there at that time, some girls only .. Then they started families come in regularly with their young children. It was so fun to watch them, they ran to and fro on the dance floor, climbed on stage and so on. We went after the opposite o drink sipped at it and soon began more o more people come and sit right. Music was also played, but it was just such that ensure from the 90s that you liked when you walked in the earlier grades of elementary school ...

Soon even a band on stage. They were sooo good but I do not remember their names now *damn*! They played a lot of songs .. For example bleedin 'Love, I Do not Want to Be, Jump, Runaway, a lot of rock songs by Metallica and the like, and ... *Cheers* Time of My Life (from Dirty Dancing). They had a break there as well somewhere and then came the awful dance music is back!

The second time the band played, we saw no other than E.M.D. guys come into the bar! *wohoo* They sat at a table address (to be signing!) And it did not last long before there were lots of people! Me and Suz did not go there directly, it was so long queue and we were afraid we would lose our table, because it was packed at that time. It took quite a while, but eventually we found that the queue was not so long more so we went there and asked us nicely in the queue. They sold the new record there, and one that held a stack, asked me if I would buy it but I just shook his head, 'Nah ..'. I have it already! But, I knew last summer that a new version of it would come six months later, I darn not bought in Mariehamn without waiting! But how could you know that? In all cases ...
Now the annoying bit .. When it was almost our turn the was signing OVER!! :-O, a girl who had bought the disc got it signed but then it was GAME OVER! (We were not even three feet away from them, Gaah! Guess if I was pissed ....! We ought to have gone to them with our CD envelopes and asked them nicely to sign because we stood there for quite a long while afterwards and hung lip ... But conservative as we are, so we did not do it! Ugh & TVI & fy!

However, the boys' defense, I think it was the guards who decided it .. I hope so, at least.

Ah well, the main thing is that we got to see them anyway! After our slight disappointment about the signing-fiasco, we went directly to the scene and waited. There were lots of people right there at the scene and as I said, it was crowded! We came a long way forward, towards the middle. This would change during the evening time, for it was very crowded shunted o ... At one point pushed himself two guys in front of me, but I just pushed myself past them again, O said firmly: "EXCUSE ME!" Do not know what they thought about it, but bloody well in me, I would be up there! I should have given them a real ugly rhyme in Finnish or something, so they almost certainly have been surprised! But in the end we ended up next to the front, which we were SUPER happy with, of course! = P

Eventually, the evening's two hosts came out out. Katrin Schulman (her name's not there anymore, but her current name is so complicated) and another guy who I do not know what his name was… Anyways…
They talked for a while to port o o starboard was the front end of the boat was, etc. Then they presented the artists that would perform... E.M.D. *wiiiiee* Sunblock + some dude and Velvet. A DJ was also on the ground that they presented but I remember his name either ..

First up for the night was Danny .. He appeared with the typical songs: Radio, Tokyo, If Only You ... He got the audience going really, I must say! Then he disappeared and the DJ began to mix in there. Was no big shot: P After DJ was finished with his, came Sunblock o a rapper a la U.S. wannabe out. No big shot either. Not got the better of the old man had a water bottle with him as he suddenly threw out over the audience! Guess who got hit! (hint: yours truly!) Not fun, I got very pissed off! Suz tried to say that it was an accident but I think it was on purpose. Eeeeeuuuuw! = / Sunblock played some songs.. The old man asked then if we wanted to hear the song but it was not directly responding to it so when they went out *thank goodness for that!*
Katrin + he the other one came out and talked to ...
And now then - it was time for the highlight of the evening! For me and Suz 'part, anyway!

E.M.D. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They played the longest of any *wohoo*
They started with For You! What a flying start! Now I don´t remember really the order of the rest, but Alone was there at the beginning!  Wonderful wonderful, I filmed the whole song.  Danny sang both the If Only You and Tokyo again + All on you. Erik sang I Can not Say I'm Sorry and his newest single "Saturday Night, which was really good, one real feel good song + I Do not Want to Be, also a real hit! Wonderful wonderful ... Jennie Let Me Love You was another song, of course and the wonderful wonderful gig was ended with Baby Goodbye, which suited very well. Then it was over! =( *sob*

* March 22 *
Time for Velvet. But we only listened to first song, The Queen. We then went away. I could not be there anymore and I think Suz was pretty happy too: D We walked out of the bar and just then we came out, we saw Danny hurry up the stairs *hihi*! Was a little fun ... We also went upstairs and into Monday Bar again, it consists of two floors .. I got my Irish coffee o Sanna took a cider. We looked at each other's movies and pictures and tried to compare who had the most "eye contact" with the guys * lol *. I think I won the contest ...
We sat at the bar right as long, the boat stopped in Mariehamn to drop off / on ... E.M.D. step by which to switch, I found out afterwards..

Then when the clock was around 3:30, we left the bar o went to the disco at the top to maybe perhaps get a glimpse of the guys.. We did not know then that they had disembarked. I had read it in their own blogs that they defected in Mariehamn to change the boat but we were not sure, as I said ... In all cases, as you know, we could not see a little obscured by them. Then we were ready to go down to the cabin again, o where the clock was four, we were in bed: o)

We got up just before six and the boat came ashore at seven .. We went to the cafeteria for a bit of light meal, then when we arrived to the harbor and went off the boat, we said Bye and went our separate ways. Susanna to her coach and me jumped on the bus that would take me to the center .. I walked away from the nearest bus stop where buses go to the student village ... It took a long time before it came.. At least it seemed so. But the bus came at last, and after a few tens of minutes I was back home in my little apartment again. Then I was quite ready. So it was to go to sleep again. Approximately eight (!) Hours later - yes indeed - I woke up again.

=)

I probably will not need to say it was a wonderful wonderful trip and I already can not wait until the next time I get to see the guys again! I would really!

I am also pleased with all the songs they had with the track list. I lacked in a sense one from Danny's side, but now the post was perhaps just as well that it was not with the ... Well, I would die there on the bounce, I must say! Angie, you know what I'm talking about!
